CONTRACT DRAFTING & DISPUTES

CONTRACT DRAFTING & DISPUTES

A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more parties. A contract provides details of what the parties agree to perform or exchange. Contracts can be written or oral. In most cases, in order to be legally binding, a contract must be in writing and signed by all parties.

Contracts are considered the foundation of all transactions, regardless of who they are between. They may be simple or very complex. Examples of contracts include service contracts, sales contracts, employment contracts, real estate contracts, and insurance contracts, to name a few. Contracts must be entered into by all parties voluntarily, and can be used any time parties want to document an agreement to make sure all parties’ rights and interests are protected.  Some of the contracts we draft on our client’s behalf include, but are not limited to:

  • Rental and Commercial Leases
  • Sales Agreements
  • Service Agreements
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Secured and Unsecured Loan Agreements

Whether it’s drafting a new contractual agreement or enforcing your rights under an existing one, Thomas Legal Center is here for all of your contractual needs, whether you’re a business or an individual.
